    The following are frequently asked questions of the Finance Department with responses. If you have an additional question please contact the Department at (605) 842-2606.

Q: How do I get utilities in my name?
    A:
You must stop into the city office to set this up. A deposit is required and information on the new account.

Q: When will I receive my monthly bill?
    A:
Bills are mailed out on the 30th of the month, this is due by the 10th of the next month.

Q: What all am I billed for?
    A:
City of Winner has electrical, sewer, water, sanitation and security lights all on one billing.

Q: Where are you located and how can I get my bill to you after hours ?

    A: We are located at 425 S. Main St. on the second floor of the Wells Fargo Building. Come in the east entrance off  Main St. and there are steps to your left or an elevator to your right.  Also there is a drop box for checks only at the base of the stairway. NO CASH !! Another option is to put in Wells Fargo night depository in an envelope marked clearly : CITY OF WINNER on the outside. Another option is to mail it to us at PO Box 691, Winner, SD 57580
