3.      Motion to set a public hearing on December 7th at 6:30 pm for the temporary liquor license transfer for the American Legion for Saturday December 12^th 2009 to St. Mary’s Hall for the Hospital Christmas Party and then transferred back. 

4.      Motion to set a public hearing on December 7th at 6:35 pm for the temporary liquor license     transfer for the American Legion for Saturday January 16^th 2009 to St. Mary’s Hall for a Miss South Dakota Rodeo Event and then transferred back. 

5.      Motion to set a public hearing on December 7^th at 6:40 pm for the Liquor License renewals for 2010. 

6.      Motion to approve the October 2009 financial statement. 

7.      Motion to advertise for engineering proposals for the Winner Regional Airport for next 5 yrs.
