PENALTIES Section
14.01
Penalty for Violations Any person
found guilty of violating any section of this Ordinance, shall be fined not more
than two hundred (200) dollars,
imprisonment in the City Jail for not more than thirty (30) days, or both such
fine and imprisonment. Each day of
violation shall be considered a separate offense. In addition, such person shall pay all costs and expenses
involved in the case.
Section
14.02
Police Enforcement Every police
officer of the City shall, in connection with his duties imposed by law,
diligently enforce the provisions of this Ordinance.
