LEGAL STATUS PROVISIONS
Section 15.01
Separability Should any chapter, section, or provisions of this Ordinance be declared by the courts to be unconstitutional or invalid, such decision shall not affect the validity of this Ordinance as a whole, or any part thereof other than the part so declared to be unconstitutional or invalid.
Section 15.02
Purpose of Subtitles The subtitles appearing in connection with the foregoing Sections are inserted simply for convenience to serve the purpose of any index and they shall be wholly disregarded by any person, officer, court, or other tribunal in construing the terms and provisions of this Ordinance.
Section 15.03
Repeal of Conflicting Ordinances All ordinances or parts of ordinances in conflict with this Ordinance, or inconsistent with the provisions of this Ordinance, are hereby repealed to the extent necessary to give this Ordinance full force and effect.

15.04 Effective Date This
Ordinance shall take effect and be in force from and after its adoption.
