Welcome to ROCS Transit Program whose goal is to provide safe and efficient transportation to the residents and visitors in the service area. Winner Transit works under Rural Office of Community Services out of Lake Andes, South Dakota who in turn receives funding through the South Dakota Department of Transportation. This enables us to serve all Winner residents or visitors, regardless of age or income. We are a non-profit organization governed by a local transit executive committee.
Winner Transit Hours: 8:00 A.M. - 4:30 P.M. Monday thru Friday Sunday Hours for Church Services: 8:00 A.M. - 1:00 P.M. Phone: 842-5633 $1.00 per stop within city limits Any age can ride Doctor and Dentist appointments, students to school and day care, grocery delivery, shopping, work, out of town trips, or wherever you need to go we will take you.
